Mrs. Porterfield's Class Homework

Your child will have spelling homework each night except Friday.  Homework is to be done in a spiral notebook.  Do not tear any pages out of the notebook.  Please help your child with this homework each night and sign when completed.

Monday- write the words five times each. 

Tuesday- write the words in sentences. 

Wednesday- write the words in alphabetical order. 

Thursday- give your child a practice spelling test.  Have them practice the words they miss.  In addition to spelling homework, please check the homework folder for  papers completed in class or homework in other areas.  Go over any pages completed in the class for reinforcement in that area and remove from folder.
